Founded in 1999 in Kansas City, Missouri, Devkota Law Firm was built with a clear purpose: to stand up for individuals facing powerful opponents. 

Founder Tarak Devkota dedicated his practice to the "underdog," people going up against large insurance companies and government entities, where experience, preparation, strategy, and determination can make a meaningful difference. Since then, the firm has secured thousands of successful outcomes for injured clients and grown from a local Kansas City practice into a multi-state law firm.
